		<description>I am totally in the same boat here. &quot;Being disliked is necessary in successful business&quot; is probably one of the hardest lessons to learn, especially while running your own business. I would like to think it makes me a more consciencious businessperson but that doesn&#039;t make it any easier to deal with. 

If you figure out a way to hang up your hat at the end of the day and let things roll off your back, please let me know.</description>
